Lease To Hire
Our unique Lease To Hire program allows employers and employees alike the opportunity to exercise flexibility and choice. Unlike most Contract to Hire programs, this service has an extremely high rate of our clients actually hiring our assignees as full time employees to their staff. Through this program CPS will hire, and in special circumstances, relocate high quality candidates to your site. You may choose to hire the employee/s after an agreed upon period of time. Normal terms are six months for a local hire, nine months for a candidate relocated anywhere in the U.S., and 12 months for an internationally relocated candidate.
With Lease to Hire, managers have the opportunity to evaluate perspective employees before hiring them permanently. Lease to Hire also gives potential staff members a chance to do the same, while remaining secure in their employment with CPS.
